Cornbread OS (the "Service") is operated by Cornbread IP Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you are contracting with Cornbread IP Holdings LLC. You must have authority to bind your organization or be of legal age to contract on your own behalf.
By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Cornbread OS is a software-as-a-service platform providing the Restaurant Health Score™ assessment, the Operator Intelligence™ AI coach, an operating library of SOPs and playbooks, and the Operator Academy™ certification programs. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.
You will not misuse the Service. In particular you will not:
The Operator Intelligence™ coach uses generative AI. Outputs may be inaccurate and should not be treated as legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice without your own review. You are responsible for how you use outputs and for verifying them before acting.
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.
We retain ownership of the Service and all associated software, documentation, branding, and materials, including the Restaurant Health Score™, Operator Intelligence™, Operating System™, and Operator Academy™ marks.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout and added to the listed price. You can update your card, view invoices or cancel at any time from Account & Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid to us in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow such limits.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination you may export your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cornbread OS is established. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
