Who we are

This Privacy Notice explains how Cornbread IP Holdings LLC (operator of Cornbread OS; "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data. We act as the data controller for information you provide through the Service.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, login credentials.
• Restaurant data: answers you provide to assessments, notes to the coach, and files you upload.
• Support messages: content of messages you send us.
• Usage & device data: pages visited, features used, IP address, browser, and device identifiers.

Why we use it

• To create and operate your account (contract performance).
• To deliver the Service — scoring, coaching, library, certifications (contract performance).
• To keep the Service secure and prevent fraud or abuse (legitimate interests).
• To improve the Service and understand how it's used (legitimate interests).
• To respond to support requests (contract performance).
• To send occasional product updates — only where permitted (legitimate interests / consent).

Who we share it with

• Stripe — our payment processor for subscriptions, billing, sales tax, and invoicing.
• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and support tooling.
• AI providers — prompts sent to the Operator Intelligence™ coach are processed by third-party AI providers strictly to generate responses.
• Professional advisers — legal, accounting, or auditing where necessary.
• Authorities — when required by law.

Retention

We keep account and restaurant data for as long as your account is active. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where we must retain it for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data protection authority. Email hello@cornbreados.com and we'll respond within one month.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data — including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the Service working. We do not use advertising cookies. Analytics cookies (if any) are used only to understand aggregate product usage.

International transfers

Some of our providers are located outside your country. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards to protect your data.
